Target Market


The target market of the Shambhala Festival is the pro eco-friendly individuals. This is due to the Festival being active in promoting eco-friendly practices and in bringing humanity closer to nature. Also it promotes music and dancing, this may appeal to the markets such as the younger generation who are eager to self expression and to know more people through the Shambhala Festival. Also its main promotion tool is the Internet, which is widely used by the teenagers and tertiary students.

The target market for the Worldwide Festival may have been young working adults. This is due to the large number of the yuppies attending the festival. As the festival is held after the work hours at around 9 pm, where people are allowed to enter at 7pm, it shows that the Festival is held to cater to the working hours of these yuppies. Also yuppies are the target market of the Media Partner, JUICE, who is the promotional tool for the Worldwide Festival.
